Our Amish Furniture Hickory and Oak Bentwood Rocker is built using Hickory saplings for the frame and Oak slats for the back and seat. The sapling are steamed and formed to make this traditional rustic rocking chair. The back and seat are contoured to give you great comfort while you are relaxing in your camp, cabin or home.
It is finished using hand rubbed linseed oil. This is a great finish to help preserve the wood and keep it from drying out, especially for outdoor use. It can be reapplied similar to furniture polish to maintain and preserve the natural wood furniture. It won't flake off or dry out like some varnishes.

Rocking chair
I was a little apprehensive about ordering after I placed the order as I did not check to see if this was the same product that I had seen in the actual store. It appears to be very similar. I was a little surprised that no paper invoice or instructions came with the product. All that being said, I am very much enjoying the chair and would recommend it to others
